• 31.1% validated their models
• 49.1% quantified uncertainty using confidence intervals
• Methodological gaps were identified in costing, evidence synthesis, model validation, and uncertainty analysis

🔬 Conclusion: The review highlights the need for stronger methodological rigor, transparent reporting, evidence synthesis, model validation, and uncertainty analysis in future health economic evaluations in India.
